Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: 8 June 2026
Who we are
This site is operated by Yard Labs Ltd (“Yard Labs”, “we”, “us”), a company based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@yardlabs.co.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, and a short description of what you're building. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't set cookies beyond what Google reCAPTCHA requires to protect the form (see below).
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to have a conversation about whether and how we can help. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who choose to contact us. We will not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.
Who else processes it
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the contact form:
- Resend — delivers your form submission to us by email. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects the form from spam and abuse. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence. If our conversation doesn't lead to working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@yardlabs.co and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
